If you purchase bags of various sizes, your free bag will be one of the least value. For instance if you purchase a mixture of 25 and 50 pound bags, you will receive a 25 pound bag for free.

Here are some of the common questions we are asked.

“What if I want to change brands, are my purchases transferred?”

Yes. Most brands allow you to transfer your card from your old brand if you want to start buying their food

 “Can I have more than one Frequent Buyer card?”

Yes. Many of our customers have more than one card. Some have one for dogs, one for cats, one for cases of cans. Some have pets on different brands too

“If I sign up for the Frequent Buyer Program can I get credit for past purchases?”

When you sign up for the program, we can give you credit for one past purchase.
