Tomorrow, February 23rd 2019 is National Dog Biscuit Day! To celebrate we are offering a FREE dog biscuit to all customers today, tomorrow and Sunday only.
Our store hours are Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday: 11:00 to 3:00pm
Dogs do not need to be present for the free biscuit, but we would still love to personally see them enjoy the treat.
Man’s (and woman’s) best friend deserve a special treat, whether it is a reward for good behavior, as part of their training or just because we want to show our dogs how much we love them. Remember treats should be given sparingly in addition to a balanced diet and not as a replacement for regular meals.

Dog treats have come a long way over the years, there are even special types of biscuit which act as a “toothbrush” to clean dogs’ teeth to help prevent bad breath.
Of course, we want to make sure the treats are healthy and provide real nourishment for dogs. For that reason we are only offering Country Kibble dog biscuits. We believe Country Kibble will become your dog’s favorite in the future.
It’s interesting that American entrepreneur, James Spratt, is credited with being the first to manufacture dog biscuits. Spratt's brainchild was inspired by watching street dogs devouring ship hardtack on the docks of Liverpool, England.
Hardtack is a simple type of biscuit or cracker, made from flour, water, and sometimes salt. Hardtack is inexpensive and long-lasting and used for sustenance in the absence of perishable foods, commonly during long sea voyages.
His manufacturing company was established in Holborn, London. A young clerk, Charles Cruft, was one of Spratt's first employees and instrumental in developing the company. Cruft eventually left the company, remaining on good terms, and founded the famous Cruft's Dog Shows.
Stop by C.W. Feed today, tomorrow or Sunday and receive a FREE nutritious dog biscuit for your fur baby.
